Returns/Refunds: I hope you love what you ordered .  But in case you do not- perhaps it’s the wrong size or just isn’t your style, we are happy to accept it back within the below policy. I highly recommend that you try on your new items as soon as possible.

Return Policy:

• RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. Items must must unworn, with original tags still attached.

NO EXCEPTIONS

• Shipping charges are the customers responsibility.

 

Final Sales:

• SALE/Clearance items are NOT eligible for return. Please do not attempt to return a Final Sale item, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.  Thank you for understanding.  

• All jewelry & accessories (purses, gloves, bags, scarfs & socks) are FINAL SALES!. There are no exceptions. 

• Exchanges : If you wish to exchange an item, we suggest you purchase the new size item you are wanting & then once we receive the same item back within policy, we will refund you.

• Damaged Items : We try hard to send you good quality products, but in case you receive a damaged item, please notify us within ONE WEEK from delivery confirmation.  Please note that we accept reasonable replacements or if we cannot, you will be eligible for a refund.
